Partnership Details
To ensure our interests are aligned with yours, SmartCare Surgical Partners offers physicians a true partnership structure. SmartCare and physician partners invest an equal amount of capital per share. SmartCare purchases 35% of the shares while the physician group has majority ownership with a 65% interest. SmartCare will never charge management fees.

Shared Costs
